• Quality Issues: If the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to rectify the issues within a reasonable revision period.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Work already completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications
• Client-initiated project cancellation after work has commenced (partial charges apply)
• Delays caused by the client (late feedback, content delays, scope changes)
• Change of mind after the project has been approved
• Third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting, stock images, etc.)
• Services fully rendered and accepted by the client

4. Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Starts: Full refund of advance payment within 7 business days
• During Initial Phase (up to 25% completion): 75% refund of total project cost
• During Mid Phase (25-50% completion): 50% refund of total project cost
• After 50% completion: No refund; client will receive all work completed to date

5. Refund Process

2. Our team will review the request within 3 business days
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

6. PayPal Payments

For payments made through PayPal:

• Refunds will be processed through PayPal to the original payment account
• PayPal processing fees may be non-refundable as per PayPal's policies
• Refund processing time may vary based on PayPal's processing schedule
