Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Quantumgrid Solutions (operated by Nikhil Singh, GST: 07QPDPS5374M1ZT), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Quantumgrid Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web Development & Design
• Mobile App Development
• Graphic Designing
• Social Media Management
• eCommerce Services
• Digital Marketing & SEO

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Respond to communications and requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that all content and materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Make payments as agreed in the project proposal

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms and schedules will be specified in each project proposal
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, and other agreed methods
• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the project agreement
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• GST will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement
• Quantumgrid Solutions retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses
• Source code ownership will be transferred as specified in the individual project agreement

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be subject to change based on:

• Scope changes requested by the client
• Delays in client feedback or content delivery
• Technical complexities discovered during development
• Force majeure events

7. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revision rounds included will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quantumgrid Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date
• All deliverables completed up to the point of termination will be provided to the client upon receipt of payment
• Advance payments for uncompleted work may be refunded as per our Refund Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
